Bamboo is a material of remarkable beauty and one of the lowest environmental-impact resources, thanks to its exceptional carbon-fixing capacity during growth.

This structure was one of our first projects to deeply explore the potential of bamboo (specifically the Guadua angustifolia and Dendrocalamus asper species) and its construction systems. We developed a series of custom details and joints to ensure efficient, long-lasting builds.

We currently continue to study new structural possibilities with this material, in collaboration with Fundebambú and the Bamboo Project at UNA.
