Earth construction workshop with the participation of Raiz Arquitectura from Mexico, with the architect Karen Poulain in charge of the tapial technique (rammed earth) and the Costa Rican architect Bernadette Esquivel, expert in earth construction and heritage conservation with the reinforced adobe technique, held at the ADEPA Cultural Association located in an adobe house more than 200 years old in Santo Tomas de Santo Domingo de Heredia, with more than 30 participants from different areas of the country, with theoretical sessions, carazas test, soil characterization, scale models and built a rammed earth bench in a special place in the house, we continue with the idea of sharing knowledge and leaving the door open to experiment with new ways of using ancestral techniques.
